Caitlin Elin Renovations started in 2013 with one licensed contractor, a clear standard, and a single principle: do the job right the first time, or come back and fix it. That principle hasn't changed. The tools are better. The crew is larger. The jobs are more complex. But every person who joins this team learns the same thing in their first week — you leave a site cleaner than you found it, and you don't call the job done until the client agrees it is.
We didn't grow by undercutting competitors on price. We grew because clients called back, and because they sent their neighbors. That kind of growth is slow and it's earned — we'd rather build it that way than any other.
How We Work
Every job runs the same way. We assess, we quote in writing, we turn up when we say we will, and we walk through the finished work with you before we invoice. Nothing is marked complete until you've seen it and agreed. That walk-through isn't a formality — it's the whole point.
